Yes we have over 25 years experience dealing with general public and trade customers. 

Can I view products at your premises?

We have showrooms at all our branches where you can view joinery products such as flooring and doors.

Can you supply non-standard items?

Yes, we are very experienced in the supply of non standard windows, doors, stairs etc. We have our own door set factory where we can manufacture custom made doors and door sets.

Do you cut/machine timber to order?

Yes, we can machine all timber from oak skirting's to cedar cladding, any profile you require. There is an additional charge for setting up the machines. We can also cross cut timber to your required lengths. 

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, please contact your nearest branch with your list of required materials.

Do you offer better rates & discounts for larger orders?

Absolutely, quoted prices are normally based on quantity. In most cases, the more you order usually means the better the discount / price you get.

I can't see what I am looking for on your website, can you still source what I need?

We are constantly updating the website with new products, however due to the extensive ranges of timber, garden and building products we supply it is not possible to feature them all on-line at this time. Contact one of our experienced sales persons if you are looking for something you can't find on-line on-line.

I am starting a self build project. Can I open a credit account with you?

Yes, this is the simplest way to trade and we have dealt with hundreds of self builds over the years.

Can you deliver outside Scotland? 

Yes, we have dealt with many orders covering many areas in the rest of the UK. We can often use suppliers to deliver orders direct into England and Wales or we can arrange third party courier or haulage depending on the size of the order. E-mail or call us with your enquiry and we will calculate the delivery cost to your post code.

Can I pick up products with my own transport at your premises?

If you order on-line and select collect from store, we can advise when your order is ready for collection.

Are your timber products environmentally friendly?
